Our Pricing Philosophy
Heart Centred Consulting uses a sliding scale and tiered pricing model to align with your organization’s capacity, not just its budget line. We work with grassroots groups, public sector bodies, and national nonprofits. We tailor our approach accordingly.
- We name the true cost of our labour, expertise, and sustainability.
- We offer accessible rates for groups doing frontline, underfunded, or equity-rooted work.
- We encourage funders and institutions to carry more of the financial responsibility when possible.
Our aim is to ensure our work is accessible without devaluing the time, experience, and emotional labour it requires.
Sliding Scale & Tiered Pricing
Tier 1 – Grassroots
Who it’s for: Volunteer-led or unfunded mutual aid groups, community organizers, and Indigenous-led initiatives.
Hourly: $100–$150
Day Rate: $700–$1000
Tier 2 – Nonprofits & Co-ops
Who it’s for: Small to mid-sized organizations with annual operating budgets under $2M.
Hourly: $150–$200
Day Rate: $1000–$1400
Tier 3 – Institutions & Agencies
Who it’s for: Government bodies, philanthropic institutions, and large organizations or funders.
Hourly: $225–$300
Day Rate: $1600–$2100
Project-based pricing is also available for long-term engagements, fractional leadership, or multi-phase scopes.

Strategic Planning
Timeline: 3–6 months
Cost Range: $9,000–$25,000
Includes stakeholder engagement, visioning sessions, implementation roadmap, and documentation.
Equity Audit & Culture Shift
Timeline: 2–4 months
Cost Range: $6,000–$18,000
Includes policy and culture review, facilitated feedback processes, and an action-oriented equity roadmap.
Facilitation & Conflict Support
Per Session: $800–$2,500
Includes pre-session prep, skilled facilitation, and optional debrief or action planning support.
Fractional Leadership
Monthly Retainer: $4,000–$12,000
Short-term executive leadership (COO/CEO), operations stabilization, team capacity building, or governance transitions.
